Dancing Joints - Mobilizing vs. Stabilizing (Smooth Group Class) | Izabella Jundzill

Your joints will thank you for taking this group class!! Izabella is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach who knows a thing or two about what specific muscles make you move your best. Smooth is the focus of this class but movement is movement so anything you learn can be transferred quickly to any and all styles.

One Class: $35 per person
Two Class: $60 per person (Save $10)
